Her weight fluctuated during Mike&Molly but she was still hot there. My guess is that she was able to stay in shape through a strict diet and training regiment in her youth but it disappeared once she hit her 30s. I'd bet significant money that she's coming from a family where big-boned women is the standard. The worst part is that she had naturally good-sized breasts that didn't disappear even when she lost a lot of weight but they didn't really become bigger upon gaining either.
