Those, I check, but I don't micromanage very much. They're doing well. I've had a ton in VFINX for a long time, but I have some stuff spread out in a few other index-ish funds, and a couple years ago I had enough to spread around that I put a bunch in a few individual companies' stocks. Nothing fancy, mostly big names that seemed to be healthy and have (mostly) done well.

With age-appropriate moderation, those things are fine, especially if they're interactive and build skills. Mine will talk your ear off about all the puzzles they've solved to unlock things in Kirby and the Forgotten Land.
