Not that you should, but most site have the basic tier at like ~$10.99 which is more than enough to generate, especially if you figure out how to modify the settings so its costs less. A trick I use for any service that lets you use a base image. Just open MS paint, make it one solid color, then crop the image to a reasonable size (512x768/768x768/512x512 are all pretty common). Then just run it through some low strength passes with a prompt until you start to see a ghost image appearing, and you can kind of steer the generation through multiple steps, and end up getting something a bit more visually interesting in the output.
