There's a "Clear cache data" point in the xlinks settings with a "Clear" button next to it about halfway down. There you can also enable xlinks's own logging to the browser console (F12) and see what kind of responses it gets from dynasty. I assume you can actually open the dynasty links just fine, right?
As for previous script versions, the simplest way would be to go to the github release of the version, downloading the source code zip file from the assets and getting that version's extension from the "builds" directory.
