All the terror attacks you are referring were committed by US-Israeli created groups (al-Qaeda -> ISIS) whos enemies exactly align with those of Israel (former Iraq, former Syria, Iran, Hezbollah, Hamas, Afghanistan, USSR -> Russia, China).
Their terrorism in Europe is a spillover from US-Israel unleashing them in the Middle East against their common enemies.
The countries and groups today fighting Israel do not commit terror attacks in Europe or elsewhere, and fight only against Jewish-Salafist terror.
