it sucks.
trust dungeons were legitimately a great addition for people who suffer like that, i would've been really happy to have had that.
i still feel a horrible dread and anxiety when talking to people one on one tho with constant rewrites of responses for what sounds the most natural.

for a lot of people i think it boils down to genuinely not having socialization / speaking to people outside family throughout their childhood.
