I think it's going to be a while before we see this plan in action. It's going to get placed on the backburner for when the views get low or it'll be more focused on her actual background and not who she really is to avoid any feeling realizations.
Like it's too soon for Twilight to start taking notes and realizing that he's in love. I don't believe Axeman would go there so soon after Yor's reveal, but when he actually gets around to that plot line enough time will have passed for the Twilight realization to be probable.

I would be genuinely shocked if the Twilight feelings reveal comes soon and we have to deal with two idiots in denial for the rest of the manga.
