Can't even understand what you're trying to say and I don't care. The truth is the truth. Africa isn't reliant on imports. All those NGOs that supposedly feed Africa actually don't do anythign at all other than operate a scheme. 83% of all U.S foreign aid to Africa goes to U.S based NGOs. The rest goes to international NGOs. America doesn’t give non-military assistance to any African country.
