My vidrel was exactly this. Square panel buildings were too notch 100+m2 flats given for some reason to gypsies by commies in early 80s. They mixed the population there with police workers. I visited a friend of mine there in about 1990. It literally felt like watching a documentary when a british lady arrives somewhere in Africa and all the kids suround her and ask for candy or money, monkeying for camera. Whites moved out of there quickly. Then in later 90s those rotunda buildings were given to them again as some of the older blocks became inhabitable. Those lasted less than 10 years. You may as well flush the taxmoney down the toilet than build those creatures new housing. They will tear out cables from the walls first thing after move in and then proceed to dismantle everything that can be sold. Then wait till next pope visit so that whites come pick up mountains of trash before local progressives virtuesignal in front of pope for the cameras.
