Check out that obvious UFO in the top half of the pic. This was clearly an alien orchestration. He was in the perfect situation to run and not get caught, what a shame.
Also he admitted to "only going 80" which is still 20 over. Don't admit to a crime, even a lesser one, say nothing or get a lawyer.
