general strat for pace chasers that works for me is getting high speed, high wit, medium power and making up for acceleration/positioning with skills. rushing gale will let you reach max speed even with just 500-600 power. Prepared to Pass which upgrades into Speed Star is also great and is pace-exclusive. Hydrate/Gourmand is an alternative to maestro. I run Teio in my deck and grab all the navigation skills I can.
