Im on day 10 and i dont even know wtf is happening. For context i was severely addicted before this and was gooning to degenerate stuff like minimum 2 times a day but often more. I feel like my brain and mind is just changing idk how to describe it, it just feels so weird but not in a completely bad way its just so odd. Like mentally and physically i feel like i can feel it changing

I have also started dreaming again. For the past 2 years when ive been jerking off every day i have RARELY been having dreams at all but now I’m starting to have some almost everyday and theyre quite vivid, definitely more vivid than the dreams i had when i was a porn addict. The dreams are still complete fucking nonsense theyre not some hidden foreshadowing or anything theyre just stupid bullshit but im literally starting to dream again
