Now that we've just had an Inazuma themed chronicle banner they've clearly also deliberately not reran any of the Sumeru characters (outside of Nahida who isn't on the chronicle banner anyway) for a year so they can throw them all onto a Sumeru themed banner, but at the same time the Mondstadt trio still haven't rerun either.
Either they're getting buffs in the next anniversary or they're just kicking them into the standard pool
