The president was Temer when Lula got arrested, and the whole thing wasn't dealt by the Supreme Court but by a federal judge and during Bolso's term the Supreme Court nulified Lula's sentense (the judge appointed by Bolsonaro was the tie-breaker, btw). So it's not at all the same thing because Bolsonaro is already beinf tried by supreme court, there will be no recourse left once they decide his sentense.
