A non Indian is by definition a Mleccha in the Shastras so the child of a Mleccha and a Chandala would be something so low that the Shastras don't even have a term for it I think, and they had a term for basically everything. If a Mleccha is integrated into Arya society he would have the status of Shudra and the child of a Shudra father and a Chandala mother is called a 'Kukkutaka.'
Worth noting that a Chandala is technically described as the child of a Shudra father and Brahmin mother but in actually the term probably comes from an an-arya tribe that was never integrated and broadened to include other such tribes. India was far more forested in the classical age so there were many unintegrated tribes that were gradually subjugated (or at points were even rulers in parts of India) and given unclean ritual status.
It's also difficult to correspond classical Varnas and tribes present in the classical age to modern India castes/Jati groups, and kinda retarded to layer haplo-autism and race science on top of that. I agree with Nietzsche when he says that breeding morality is better than the Christian stuff but still inherently retarded.
And as for haplogroups in particular, something like 40% of East Indian Dalits (picrel is one) are R1a already.
btw how'd you end up an R1b in Russia?
