Anyone else who world-builds for a novel feel like they need to learn how to draw/do art in order to better express the setting? Is there anyone who has experience finishing a novel and its world building and has gone through the rigmarole of trying to have it published or sold in some way? How hard is it to get something out of your autistic setting? I'd do it regardless because I enjoy it

I've done 30,000 words for the world building itself, and feel like I'm still just getting started. Need to flesh out factions and create new civilizations/races that aren't hackneyed

How do you write consistently and full time without most of what you produce being slop? How many hours of the day should you spend actually writing e.g, 8 hours a day? Let's say you're a NEET and you have abundant time. Should you spend 8 of those hours reading material that helps you to inspire the setting, and 8 writing, etc. I've written and thought up what I've so far got over a long interspersed periods of idea flare-ups, but am wondering if doing it intensively will yield actual results or just frustration
