This is hilariously untrue. I lived in Japan and Korea(im permanently moving back to japan in a few months) like the other guy said if your a decently looking guy (especially if you're tall and dress well) they will do just about anything. Im not saying they are going to let you stick it in on a first date unlubed but if you ask they usually don't have a problem and a lot would do it unprompted.
