Chroma is really good now. Just not for anime, only photorealism and 2.8D furries. Actually took over from Flux, and if not for loras would've killed realistic SDLX models too. The gguf quant versions are small enough to run on 8gb and don't seem to lose much quality.
Even though he claims the 20mil dataset includes Danbooru pics, I have yet to find an anime-exclusive tag that works.This is Blake belladonna (2.2K pics Danbooru, 300pics e621) and Asanagi(1.5K pics). I even added "cat ears" to help out.
