The game has fucked up their only big approach which was to do Young Bond. Amazon is now a partner on the game so that set them back years. What do they do now with that avenue closed? Well, all they really have to do is do is....no gimmicks. There's a Bond who has a distinct personality and that's it. He goes on adventures and missions. This is the big problem plaguing Bond right now. Amazon is scrambling to think of gimmicks when just a normal Bond movie suffices. I think just looking at some "Bondian" pictures of ATJ (the most likely actor) you can immediately surmise his take on Bond:

Ultimately, Bond should be an anti hero who is more good than "evil" and is a hero who saves the world only because he wants to get a bonus by MI6 and woo the girl. It's so simple and yet Amazon treats it like advanced math.
