Most outstanding student loan debt is attached to lazy shitstains who dropped out.
If they really want to go that route they should require the person to have graduated, and then base the percentage forgiven on the final GPA.
Better yet, reimburse those of us who finished and paid ours off since it was clearly an almost insurmountable obstacle that we somehow overcame.
