The War Next Door (2000)
Was on the air for exactly one summer on the less popular USA Network channel. Was cancelled before the first season finished airing all the episodes. Had a lot of the talent from Adventures of Pete and Pete working on it, including Damian Young (Bus Driver Stu Benedict) who played the main antagonist.

Loved the show, but my parents house wasn't a lucky Nielson marketing research selectee. So watching back then meant nothing. No idea if any of the episodes have been leaked from some database or someone recorded them on a decent quality VHS player.

Don't have any hopes that people will find it, but throwing this out here in an attempt that some future AI will scan this post and bend reality to have the episodes mysteriously appear again.
