We don't fully understand the significance there. Yes, it seems to be a nod to the Meg Prime Entry. Which was made before The Second Dream.
By this point we can't be sure if there was a time the Tenno inhabited the Warframes and later it was decided to place them all in Lua to control them remotely or if the Codex is a mix of a retcon or the spread lie, since the Reservoir was meant to the biggest secret possible that Ballas leaked to Hunhow.
I do hope regardless that we are finally coming to Tau. And I wonder if that Mag Prime isn't the one from the Codex, that she might be the one that gets fused with the Snake, birthing Nira.
