I have a bunch of nagging injuries that aren't super major but sort of impede certain lifts. Right now my right knee and just general lower body tightness has been fucking me up. I am not really sure how to remedy it though. If I have a leg day, I feel like I have to spend a good 20+ minutes warming up. What are some general motions that really help your joints become stronger? What should you be doing supplement wise to care for your joints? I am beginning to find that strong joints are waaay more important in the long run than having very strong muscles.

Why is it that every class except vanguard is rewarded for doing their job? Duelists deal damage and get reasonable ult charge. Strategists deal damage and heal and get crazy ult charge times. Vanguards do little damage and have usually very long ult charge times. Cloak and Dagger and Ultron can get like 2 ults before Magneto can get one. Why is that? Is it really just all formula? I guess its because healers benefit from gaining charge from damage and healing. Its just crazy when I hear 30 seconds into the round "EXTERMINATION!!!!!!!!!" and I have like 25 percent ult charge on magneto.
