This is the thing that annoys me the most (but it's also why I think Iyo has atleast a puncher's chance because I like to think they're not complete hacks in creative): Rhea doesn't need the title going into Australia at all.
You've already had Rhea walk into Australia with the belt with Nia, you shouldn't be doing another returning hero angle. She should be chasing her if anything. If there's a place for her to finally beat Iyo for the first time, it should be in a hostile environment with her home country behind her. "Hey cunts, I need your support to finally beat this bitch, please buy a fucking ticket". It's not a hard sell.
Or even if it's not Iyo, let's say it's Vaquer that beats her for the belt somewhere down the road at Clash or Summerslam and you throw out the exhibition match with Iyo after mania that went to a no-contest. "You haven't beaten her in six shots, it only took me one. If you can't beat her, what makes you think you can beat me?" Now you've got a new mountain to climb for Rhea and you've managed to book a match with two semen demons that like to show off their fat asses. Who wouldn't want to see that?
Giving it to Rhea now would just be a crutch and excuse for lazy booking.
