I used to have this thing as a kid but it is long-gone. I used it to make a level when I was like 10. Someone finally scanned the fuckin' thing so we can all download it and read it:

I'm gonna read some of the book and tinker with mapster32. The hardest part is coming up with good level ideas, not learning how to use the editor.
