Yep. The real issue is that Israel has absolute free reign to run intelligence operations in the country and murder whoever they want. If you look at people who opposed them from the CIA they are on the record saying that when they did their due dilligence and warned members of congress about being entrapped the congressmen would go full Greta and say "how dare you say our greatest ally would do wrong."
Its completely unworkable.
Case in point is Michael Scheuer.
