id not brush weed off all together, personally, as I feel like even though it was a fucking scary thing it wasn't totally a negative experience.. and it is very very rare for it to happen
what other symptoms did you experience?
something that I will get is my left arm sorta tingles and becomes like unusable..
very very scary cause you instantly think stroke or something.. and like that tingle feeling will go up my arm into my head too..

said, and I think something about thinking about your heart rate only makes things worse lol
if I don't smoke a LOT then it won't happen, but also, if I drink alcohol then I can smoke as much as I physically can and will not get any sort of reaction. like a little alcohol will complete negate this anxiety thing
