I don't know any of the details of this OC but just looking at the picture of this guy I'm getting a feel of "he had a phase and turned into a vampire to push it further but kind off regrets it but he can't reverse it so he's just sticking to the look while being an anxious mess" and I'm digging it.
Also I'm assuming he has burned hands because he tried to wash them but didn't know that running water are a vampire's weakness.
