chinks were always involved in videogames to a degree. they were making bootleg consoles, they were making romhacks, they translated many games to their own language, they made shitty PC games. many console mods, firmwares and flash cards are from china too. chinese make tons of emulation handhelds right now.

none of that in india. you dont even see indians in videogames online. you do find many chinese.
