Pretty sure brown countries have the lowest "ages of consent" on average, also arranged child marriages. Pedos get crucified and put on "sex offender lists" and shunned. We have people who make careers out of catfishing pedos and humiliating them and getting them arrested (Alex Rosen, for example). Most other countries in the world don't care as much or are actively pro-pedo.
