It's possible that neither the starships or gamma ray might even activate and start targeting humans if humans were to take control back (though that would run in contrary to the floods/recent 200-300 ago reset that made tartaria civilization people go extinct, and how they had to inject new cloned humans into world population), but we don't know. The reality right now is normal people can't even access these places, and so long as we don't have transparency on these things, this really isn't the best place to be when outsider with ill-intentions can just come to fuck us up.
