And with the kan I'd play it really safe, your best hope is mawashing your way into trk on tenpai and keeping your dealer position.
Your point difference with toimen is big enough that you will most keep 3rd place even with a tsumo from shimo, but a direct hit could put you in a tough spot for oorasu.
