My home isn't broken, but my mom was a blackout drunk for a few years due to working in Child Protective Services (dealt with a lot of molestation cases and a crushing workload from being understaffed). I don't resent her for it because OCD and addictive personality runs deep in the family, but that scene definitely brought back memories of high school.
