The slow descent into Takumi slowly losing his humanity and Nozomi trying her best to stop it is engaging, as is the idea of leading the planet as a god. The endings leave you with a feeling of dread and melancholy, and with one of them especially I was hit with an intense feeling of shock and despair. Boiling the route down to funny sex scenes is just reductionist drivel and you know it.
