I actually live 1 minutes down the road from that new blue statue. Looks pretty cool. It's still being made. And just 1 minute away in the other direction is the other Hindu temple which had a giant statue of another god put up a while ago . Pic related is that one.

This is just a new trend for Hindu temples here. I think they will all be putting up a different god at different temples.
