Those 3 sniper shots she gains every now and then just hit really hard when they're buffed with 72% attack dmg, 55% pierce dmg, 75% ATK during full burst + 88% ATK when she bursts

had to look it up, i normally don't care for shotgun teams, but she seems decent, but me personally, i pull with my dick, so if you like, pull her. i won't be, but go for it if you like her. i pulled sora and she's pretty mid. waifu>meta, nikke is f2p friendly enough that you should pull for who you like, just keep your tickets for anniversary, and half-anniversary because those pilgrims are always meta.
