If you care about NPCs that you regularly interact with from the shops being able to get more insight into their thoughts and lives is genuinely fantastic.
If you just want some free poly and distraction from the usual gameplay loop it's still pretty good in that regard.
Only reason I could see to be dissatisfied with it is if you're disappointed your favorite Agent didn't get a chance at a date but that's less a problem with the content itself and more a desire to see it expanded to include your waifu/husbando.
Like Soukaku or 'Nagi!
