It feels like the crop top/lowrider combo was the designer's fetish because you see Karen first; Karen's redesign works, it's conceivable that the Dark-type E4 looks like she'd be ready to go to a nightclub or something. Then when you get to Sabrina, I for one was expecting to see her iconic outfit that debuted in Gen 2, maybe updated or refined in some way, like Falkner, Bugsy, Whitney etc. And then it was just Karen again with glowing power bracelets. Sabrina's HGSS design wasn't bad in a vacuum. It's fine, really. But their mistake was calling her Sabrina when she wasn't.
