Is it true that most Americans only have access to this highly processed, ultra-white "bread"?
In my country every shop that is bigger than a gas station sells 5-10 types of bread that are baked daily, shortly before opening hours. The quality is so good that you don't even need to buy from a bakery, but if you want extra quality, you can find at least one bakery even in the smallest village.
