DLC is called "Tides of Torment" but has no naval theming yet, Aislinn is a HE admiral mostly associated with raiding Norscans, HE have thematic rivalry with Slaanesh, and the Merwyrm got a new model recently. I don't think it's been confirmed by store descriptions or anything, and CA have surprised us before, but it's the clear front runner right now.
