Azathoth and God were like similar, probably a 1 to 1 or some shit. Hence, why Angel Mouse reacted like that, almost if she realized that both gods were the same.
Underworld Goddess Mouse and the Dark Messenger Nyan or Dya's Nyan were going to be the end game of it, similar to what he did for the Melware plotline. Hence why the Dya's Nyan lore was about Mouse getting kidnapped, Haruka's lore ended up with Nyan winning, and the trailer for the cancelled Mouse's lore where Bubi was supposed to fight Corpse with the help of Sykkuno and Froot with Underworld Goddess winning. I assume this was going to be originally how they went into Underworld Princess or Season 3 for Mouse. Mouse did say she wanted to release a comic version of what could have been, but nothing came out of it.
But obviously with the 3 leavers situation, Nyan not liking the shared universe anymore and doing her own (the Metal Gear one) everything went to shit and Mouse ended up hiring Tonari which picked up the last part of the concept and established Season 3 turning into Underworld Princess.
