There are lots of games that can give you a similar experience of doing as you please within a medival setting, being an adventurer, fucking whatever fantasy creature you wish or being a power fantasy, but relatively few with the premise of "You're a person from a realish world being sent to fantasy land." There are way more than what I've listed but bear in mind that a lot of the time these games aren't anything similar to their animanga/novel counterparts.
