Yes he's obviously been affected by the supporting cast. That is a limitation of even this stat (which is still far far far superior to passer rating, please don't use that ever). I intend to look into other stuff as I said in the other thread, QB's job is not just passing or running the ball. They run the offense, game plan, call plays etc.
