HG did get a new RPG a little while ago, with rules based off the wargame. Includes stats for every single unit (it's actually insane for how many different thing they made sure to have a stat block for).
It has all the stuff >>95839043 is asking for, but is unfortunately also packing a pants-on-head retarded damage system and is a bit of a bloated mess in general. A definite try-before-you-buy scenario (It's up on the mega drive).
