In terms of her songs, I liked Hakusen from the start, especially because of the fond memories I have of the VN era, but I didn't LOVE Hakusen. That is until the debut lives. Iwa-chan really felt like Lilja's hard work was brought to life. The small mannerisms like the >< at certain parts of the songs and how fast she'd run out of stamina while singing felt like early training Lilja. Every time I head Hakusen it improved and getting to see that was wonderful. Having it be the opening for the 1st live, and then combine with Sekai ichi for a finale power set made it feel like Lilja was finally getting the respect she deserve. If I had to rank her solos in order, for me it'd be Hakusen = Kyokkou > Fragile Heart = Wake Up!!!. In my opinion she has no bad songs, but I can understand if some are not what some people are looking for. What I really want is a mecha theme song though, we already got a world in her HOTW dream but I'd like something more akin to old hot-blooded mecha songs, like SRW stuff. Or hell I'll also take some classic magical girl song. Could even combine both and do something like Nanoha music with a hot blooded magical girl song.
With the release of Sumika STEP3 giving us a near future where where we will see them fulfill their promise and I can't decided whether I want Lilja's route to be different, where she does go full solo on her quest to challenge HIF or if I also want it to converge into a duet like in Sumika's route. It'd be cool if they decided to handle both differently to make them more unique but I wonder if that'd be unfair on Sumika since she'd have to share. Sumika's route always felt more like the kind of route where SumikaP would pick up Lilja as a side hustle since she needs more help than Sumika. Also this image from the MV that the official twitter channel is very simple but it's this kind of symbolism that I fucking love. Sumika chasing after Lilja, contrary to how Lilja feels in her route. I need more of this.
