Depends on which crew. I think Big Mom's crew could do it singlehandedly due to having so many haxxy Paramecias. Big Mom, Cracker, Brulee, and Perospero have very useful powers for a rescue mission. Cracker can create an army of cracker soldiers, Brulee can move people between mirrors, Perospero can take down tons of people at once with a candy wave or create platforms for his allies. Big Mom can theoretically make dozens of living thunderclouds to spam lightning. Mont d'Or can bring dozens of strong animals with his books. Big Mom, Katakuri, Oven, Smoothie and Daifuku will do the main fighting. Brulee can move Pudding throughout Marineford and erase the memories of guards etc.
