The idea that "being more virtuous = better reincarnation next life" is backwards, and the top-bloodline jews have realized this.
If this existence is meant to be a training ground for the virtue building of souls, then think of it in terms of weight training. Heavier load = harder life, lighter load = easier life.
If someone fails miserably at a 200lb bench press, the trainer wouldn't increase the weight to 300 next time, they would decrease it. If they complete the exercise with ease, next time they'll put more weight on the bar.
Similarly, if someone fails at being virtuous in a life, they'll be put in an easier life the next time around, and if they manage to grow and maintain virtue, then they get a more difficult life in the next cycle. And only after you manage to maintain exceptional virtue in the most hellish life possible do you pass the test and "ascend".
The jews don't want to ascend, they want to live here eternally in extreme luxury. So what do they do? They commit the most evil acts possible again and again, and as a result they keep reincarnating into the most powerful and wealthy positions. And since the top gigajews are relatively few in number compared to the general population, they're likely to keep reincarnating into the same families over and over and therefore are able to record and hold on to more generations of past-life memories than the average pleb who gets shuffled back into the whole deck each time.
