I've obtained every doll so far, it was only a few days ago that I finished getting them all to lvl60 along with their weapons, and still have 2 more who need one more Neural upgrade. Attachments are useful and all, but the most noticeable power boosts have come from spending Cores which have a hard cap on how many you can have.
