The report stated with photo evidence that no foreign objects were in the trigger area while the gun was holstered, and the user's hands were occupied at the time of the discharge. If that isn't a UD I don't know what is. Also they could replicate discharges in the subject weapon AND in a BRAND NEW UNFIRED P320, by wrenching the frame and slide off each other while the gun was holstered. That affirms a similar test protocol I encountered long ago. Siggers eternally BTFO
