I don't know how to break this to you anons, but Cyn was The Absolute Solver entity's main vessel and puppet. As shown in Episode 6 from the Array Command terminal, as well as some hidden details like the insignia patch on the uniform of "Tessa" in which the planets making up Humanity's colonized systems are all crossed out except for one (Copper 9), humanity, JcJenson, and all of the other exoplanets have already fallen and been consumed by The Solver Of The Absolute Fabric.

The Solver consumed Earth, sent out the Disassembly Drones after Earth's fall, attacked the Proxima system, attacked the Plat-Binary system, and presumably continued eating each of Hunanity's worlds one by one. Over on Copper 9, with the Copper system being implied to be the furthest system away from Earth, the Humans there "saw what was happening back home" and began to prepare by attempting to study The Absolute Solver and attempt to understand what it is.
This is not a "robots rising up against humans" story. It's a "human's robot slaves are the unwitting gateaway for an eldritch horror to show up and attempt to eat all of creation while playing with its cute puppets" story. Humanity is dead. I don't see a problem with headcanoning little pockets of survivors maybe. That could work.
